Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT +10:00) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Handling Time: Our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare your orders within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Friday.
Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, the estimated transit time is 2-4 business days, from Monday to Friday, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees:
- For orders with a value of $50 USD or above, we offer complimentary standard shipping.
- For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee of $4.90 USD will be applied.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Destinations: Currently, we offer shipping within the continental United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping options to serve you better.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Mvaaff is not responsible for delays or mis-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. If we are unable to reach you, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping: At present, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We hope to expand our services to international destinations in the near future.
